What Happens when I spend more time experiencing life from BEing instead of the thought or emotion that rushes in?
You are setting yourself free from the past and the future. You are living more within your home, the here and now.
Recalling and living in the past can be fun or painful. Excited about the future can be a rush but you have to wait for your happiness. When it's here, is it as amazing as you thought? Maybe it was for a short moment in time but now it's gone. Compare that with the happiness of the moment. It's always here. It's your home.
To understand the Ultimate, let's first reflect on the moment. Present Moment, Wonderful Moment. Reflect on how the moment has always been the same peace and contentment. Yes, feelings and thoughts may interject but when they are calmed, it's all about peace and contentment. When Happiness blooms it is always Wonderful Moment. We aren't occupied with the past or the future. We're right here and now. In this way, the experience is always the same, repeatable.
At this point, we can step into the beauty of karma, our action, thoughts and speech. Every time we have sat in the moment, that same action has filled our thoughts and awareness of the here and now. In the present moment, we are the karma of all those past moments we have touched while BEing.

As an aside, this is a wonderful meditation on this body's death. Right now in this moment, we are this moment. This moment is the same as the moment of our last breath. It's the same as the moment after our last breath. Because of karma, BEing right here and in the now, is to know life after we have passed. ...We aren't going to miss anything because we can be in the moment right now. : )
Holding our awareness on the BEing and resting in the moment, we have shifted our awareness from the Historical to the Ultimate. In the Ultimate, we are not trapped by time. We are time since we are BEing in the moment where contentment and peace bloom into Happiness.
After awhile of BEing and listening, we Kindly greet our suffering and Gently listen to it. Insight comes and Lovingly we are there for our suffering. We witness it transform from mud to a lotus. This flower proceeds us into every room we enter and we compassionately and lovingly smile and greet the moment and the people there while stepping into the room. "Hello, Life. : ) How have you manifested in this space?" Because you have transformed your suffering, you will see suffering and flowers all around. You will see the mud in these flowers and the beauty of the mud in the flowering smiles. Kindly greeting a person with suffering, we will Gently listen to them while we are BEing. From mindfulness, insight will show us how to express lovingly to this person, how to touch the flower in the person's suffering. As you offer them your expression, you'll see their countenance instantly change as they begin to radiate with a joyful smile. They will become lighter and more relaxed and you will see them become aware of the peace available in the moment, in their true home. In the most loving way, you touched them and excited a path to the source of their own happiness and transformation of suffering. This act of loving from insight's enlightenment is the same act you have offered yourself in transforming your suffering. It's a wonderful karma. In that moment, you share time and space with them. It's the same as it was for you earlier as it is now for them. You will shine brightly with interBEing.
Again, we find freedom from time, from suffering, through karma. We are deeply interbeing with the other while touching the flower within the mud so transformation can blossom. We see their suffering and we see their transformation in the same moment. When you find yourself here, you just need to stay in the moment of BEing. This keeps you grounded in the Ultimate perspective. Everything is very clear while you are listening, expressing and thinking while BEing.
If you shift your focus away from BEing, you switch back to the Historical perspective. Time has returned and so will suffering. It's during these moments that you lovingly return to your breath.
Breathing in, I am aware of the gentleness of my breath. How soothing it is and always there for me.
Breathing out, I share this gift of my gentle breath with the thought or the feeling that pulled my awareness out of the Ultimate, out of the moment.
You do this for a few breathes and you've become mindful again. Concentration has returned and, "Hello, Insight. : )" "Oh wonderful! I have some mud." You discover suffering you've held and were unaware. With happiness, you Kindly greet it. You Gently listen to it. Insight brings understanding and you know instantly just how to be there for yourself. You know now to Love yourself and the flower blooms.
